Never Forget

By Alden L. Benton

Today is September 11, 2012.

Today is the 11th anniversary of the deadly terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and United Airlines Flight 93.

Never forget.

Today is the day that radical Islamists brought their war of terror to American soil.  They murdered 2,819 American civilians: fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, wives and husbands, sons and daughters, all dead at the hands of hate-driven fanatics.

Never forget.

And as you contemplate these gruesome numbers, never forget that each number represents what once was a living, breathing human being.

Never forget.

No one that was alive that deadly day will ever forget where they were or what they were doing.  Now, 11 years later, it is our duty as Americans never to forget what happened that day.  Never forget, not this year, or the next.  Never!

On this day, stop and observe a moment of silence and say a silent prayer for those who died and those they left behind.  Most importantly, never forget the terror, the evil done that day.

Never forget.

Never forget.

  1. And never forget that the Islamists really are out to get you — from without and from within.
And add Leftists/Progressives/Liberals/Democrats to that list.
They’re trying to change you to death and take away everything you have. If those don’t work, they’ll just come with raw force.
    Never forget that, either.
Long live America and its founding principles — and God bless all those who actually love and respect them, and fight for them!
