Hypocrisy and Intolerance:Thoughts on Recent Events in the News Part I

By Alden L. Benton

I scan dozens of email subscriptions and websites daily to try and keep you informed of some of the shenanigans going on around us.  Here is the first of two parts of the result of my labor.

Hypocrites and Liars PETA Style

The Daily Caller reports that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), the radical animal rights group, “…killed more than 95 percent of the pets in its care in 2011.”  The article continues, stating, “In 2005, two PETA employees described as “adorable” and “perfect” some of the dogs and cats they killed in the back of a PETA-owned van.  The two were arrested after police witnessed them tossing the animals’ dead bodies into a North Carolina dumpster.”

I guess this treatment would be considered ethical, if you buy into the secular/statist idea that it is acceptable to murder unborn babies, children with disabilities, elderly people in need of care, and people, as Margaret Sanger, the mother of Planned Parenthood, called them, who are inferior (meaning non-white).

No man is inferior to another and mankind is superior to the animals.  Human life, all human life, is sacred.

The secular/statist movement deifies animals and places them above humans.  The radical environmental groups deify nature and places it above humans.  The radical Left has now fired the first shots in what is a war against pregnancy and children by classifying pregnancy as a “disease” and a “threat” to women’s health.

Genesis 1:26-28 (New King James) says,

Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over allthe earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”  So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

To do otherwise is immoral, but I will leave the final judgment to God for He will be the final arbiter for those who murder, whether it be by abortion or euthanasia, or other premeditated violence.
